During this workshop, you will work together to make classic scones!
Under the guidance of Susan Veninga, finalist of Heel Holland Bakt season 11, you will learn step by step how to make light and flavorful scones.
During the workshop, you will make the dough yourself, learn techniques for light and fluffy scones, bake the scones together, and taste two types of toppings: homemade jam and lemon curd.
After baking the scones, we will sit down for an extensive high tea, featuring sandwiches, homemade sweets from Suus, and unlimited coffee, tea, water, and juices alongside the homemade scones. A relaxed afternoon awaits, where baking, coziness, and togetherness take center stage! Registration is available here.
