Servicedesk Personnel

The Servicedesk Personnel can answer all your personnel and administrative questions. It is the front office of the HR Administration of the ASSC (Administrative Shared Service Centre) expertise centre.

Quickly manage your personnel matters

You can easily manage most of your personnel matters yourself via BAS InSite or via the Helpdesk Portal. Here, you will find more information on managing personnel matters, such as:

  • Help reporting for sick leave;
  • Recruitment and registration of new employees;
  • Staff changes (such as changes in position or department);
  • General information on terms of employment and the Terms of Employment Individual Choices Model;
  • Salary and leave;
  • Requesting an employer's statement.
