eLaw publishes self-assessment tool on age assurance for the European Commission
Simone van der Hof, Professor of Law and Digital Technologies at eLaw, and Mohammed Raiz Shaffique, researcher and PhD candidate at eLaw, have published a self-assessment tool on age assurance for the European Commission.
This self-assessment tool, designed in collaboration with European Schoolnet, aims to guide digital service providers in making decisions relating to age assurance in a rights-respecting manner in order to give children a safe, enjoyable online experience. The tool comprises a questionnaire and manual and is available in the Better Internet for Kids+ portal.
