Visitors and guest staff members

For each university unit, the ICT Shared Service Centre (ISSC) has an appointed ICT contact person responsible for applying for ICT facilities for research, teaching and operational management.

Within the university you can reserve rooms for educational and non-regular educational purposes, but also for events, meetings and gatherings.

Bicycles
If you cycle to work, you can use the University’s bicycle racks or lockable bicycle sheds; to use a lockable shed, however, you need a bicycle pass. At some locations you can also borrow a staff bicycle.
