The Leiden Leadership Programme (LLP) is an interdisciplinary honours programme for master’s students. It is organised by Leiden University's Honours Academy and Leiden Leadership Centre.

The PML specialisation prepares you with knowledge and understanding of the key concepts and theories of management, leadership, decision-making and policy implementation in national and international government organizations.

The Pre-master’s programme is a programme designed to help students achieve the requirements by removing deficiencies for admission in the Master’s programmes offered by the Institute of Public Administration.

The Leiden Leadership Programme maintains partnerships with about 40 companies, NGOs and government agencies. Students tackle a problem for these organisations.

The LLC contributes to public leadership teaching in the bachelor’s, master’s and honours programmes and provides postgraduate training for professionals.

Students following this programme can choose between three specialisations: 'Economics and Governance', 'International and European Governance' and 'Public Management and Leadership'. The programme consists of core courses, specialisation courses, an electives, and a master's thesis.
