Open Up

The culture program Open Up helps us to concretize ideas and initiatives, establish agreements and continuously reflect on the results. Together, we are building an organisation where employees can flourish and where we can make a difference for society, research and education.

At the FSW, we believe that an open, safe, and resilient work culture is the foundation of our knowledge community. We want to be a workplace where social safety, work-life balance and inspiring leadership are self-evident. This requires openness, trust, and courage from everyone, from academic to support staff, from junior to experienced professionals and from leadership to operational roles.

Ambitions

With Open Up we make our ambitions for our desired work culture tangible and visible. We do this together with representatives from all institutes, organized around three themes:
