Get reimbursed for air travel? Book via Uniglobe
Dear colleague,
Avoid disappointment due to a non-reimbursable ticket, and book your travel via Uniglobe.
During recent controllers’ meetings, it was noted that staff members at the Institute of Psychology are still booking a significant number of flights through agencies other than Uniglobe.
As Leiden University, we run a legal compliance risk, as business travel has been put out to tender. It is therefore essential that all staff book flights through Uniglobe. And there is now serious discussion about no longer reimbursing flights booked outside of Uniglobe in the near future.
