Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Shuttel administration for August 2025 was not processed in the September payroll. This only concerns allowances, including the work-from-home and travel allowances. The deduction for ‘own costs’ has been processed in your September salary.

What does this mean for you?

• You do not need to take any action
• You will not receive your Shuttel allowances with your September salary.
• Your Shuttle entries for August have been saved and will be included with your October salary.
• ‘Own costs’ may therefore have been deducted from your September salary. These will not be deducted again in October.
• You will receive further information regarding the correction to your October salary at a later date.
