Introductory meeting and costs

In a free consultation, we will discuss your questions, the objectives you wish to achieve and a possible plan of approach. If this results in a coaching track, we will provide you with a proposal. In a coaching track, it can be a good idea for your manager to be involved in the coaching questions. Permission from your manager is required before starting a coaching track. The costs of this track (€75 per hour) will be charged.

PhD candidates and postdocs have a temporary appointment at the university. Many of them continue their careers elsewhere afterwards. The chances of finding a new job are very good, but you need to be well prepared in advance. PhD candidates and postdocs can avail themselves of career coaching free of charge. This involves a combination of individual meetings, access to the online Career Platform and various training courses.

During this first consultation, we will discuss your questions, the objectives you wish to achieve and a possible plan of approach. We will consider the best way for you to plan your career orientation. If you are in the third year of your PhD track or halfway through your postdoc, please feel free to request an orientation discussion! This initial consultation is free of charge.
