Closure dates
The transition to the new Basic Administration System BAS InSite means that several tiles where you make HR, financial and administrative requests in the Service Portal or SAP Self Service will be closing at different times. These platforms will be replaced in the new year by BAS InSite.
During the ‘freeze’ period, which will last until at least 5 January 2026, you will not be able to use these tiles to enter any approvals and changes. You should retain these for the
time being, and then enter them in the new system after the transition. Invoices that have been submitted correctly will be kept by the Finance department and then processed in the new BAS InSite environment from 5 January 2026.
