Digital proof of payment of your sports membership . 

Deadline

You can offset your sports membership against your gross salary, end-of-year bonus or holiday allowance. If you wish to use your holiday allowance, you should submit your application by 30 April. If you wish to use your end-of-year bonus, you should submit your application by 31 October. If you want to use your gross salary, you should submit your application by 15 December.

Conditions

• The reimbursement only applies to a University Sports Centre annual fitness membership (direct debit) or an annual fitness membership at SportCity (Dutch only) based on the City One membership. When choosing for a more expensive membership, the reimbursement will only be as high as the basic sport subsription of SportCity/University Sports Centre.
• Only the cost of an annual membership that has been taken out in the current year entitles you to reimbursement. Do you pay monthly for your membership? You can only use the amount that you pay this year. It doesn't matter that your membership extends till next year; you can apply for reimbursement for those months the next calendar year.
