Science journalist Anna Gimbrère and physicist Julia Cramer will open the Quantum Escape Room in Eindhoven on Wednesday, 17th of December. Researchers from Leiden worked closely with the designers to make sure the escape room is not only exciting, but also truly quantum.

Starting in January 2026, Leiden University will transition to a new, future-proof software system: BAS InSite. This system will replace SAP Self Service and handle personnel, financial, and administrative matters currently managed through the Serviceplein.

If you have a question about the transition from SAP to BAS InSite, take a look at the list below to see if it’s included there. Some new questions have now been added and some existing questions have been updated (such as those about 2025 payslips, and the SAP numbers no longer being used).
