In January 2026, Leiden University will transition to a new Basic Administration System: BAS InSite. This system will replace SAP Self Service and the Serviceplein.

Closure dates
The transition to the new Basic Administration System BAS InSite means that several tiles where you make HR, financial and administrative requests in the Service Portal or SAP Self Service will be closing at different times. These platforms will be replaced in the new year by BAS InSite.

Fees
