Evaluation of Annual Interview pilot

In the past few months, Leiden Law  School has experimented with a new method for conducting the assessment interviews – the Annual Interview pilot. The pilot stage will run until 31 January 2023.

Questionnaire

Of course, we’re curious to hear what staff and managers think about the new method. What went well? What didn’t go so well? Did you use the new toolkit and did it help you? And above all … were you able to have a more open dialogue where the focus was on development?To hear about your experiences, in the following weeks we will hold an evaluation. On 30 January, a short questionnaire will be distributed via email.

Evaluation sessions

Then from 13 to 16 February, there will be various evaluation sessions for different target groups, such as staff (both academic and support staff), PhDs, and managers. Certain themes will be discussed in more detail at these sessions. The input we gather from these evaluation sessions will allow us to make further improvements, also with a view to the wider introduction throughout the University.
