Your leave hours for 2023
All new leave hours for 2023 have been allocated again. Check Self Service for your current leave balance.
For 2023 the following leave categories may be allocated.
- Statutory leave 2023, maximum 152 hours for a full time appointment of 38 hours a week, deductible up to and inclusive 30 June 2024
- Supplementary leave 2023, maximum 80 hours for a full time appointment of 38 hours a week, deductible up to and inclusive 31 December 2028
- Compensation hours 2023, maximum 96 hours for a full time appointment of 38 hours a week, deductible up to and inclusive 31 December 2023
Attention! If you retroactively request leave or change your schedule for 2022, then the allocation of leave hours per category may change.
Compulsory closing days 2023
The compulsory closing days for 2023 have been deducted from your leave balance directly at the beginning of the year. If your situation changes during the year, so that a compulsory closing day is or is no longer a working day for you, this will be corrected automatically.
