Tracking time for research projects in Vidatum

1 December 2025

As of 1 December, we’ll be using Vidatum to track time for externally funded research projects instead of in SAP Self Service.

What does this mean for you?

Your workflow will remain largely the same. You’ll continue to prefill, record or approve hours, but then in Vidatum. Read more about how to use Vidatum and what may change in your role.

Most important dates:

  • By 7 December 2025 at the latest: record your November hours in SAP Self Service.
  • By 23 December 2025, 17:00 hrs. at the latest: approve hours for November in SAP Self Service.
