In ‘Grow in Conversation’, you’ll learn in just three hours how to confidently and clearly engage in constructive conversations with your manager and other colleagues. Whether it’s about your performance, well-being, or development, you’ll gain the practical tools you need to approach these discussions with confidence.

In a small group, you’ll work with an actor to practice verbal and non-verbal communication techniques that help you create an open dialogue—such as listening, asking follow-up questions, and setting boundaries. The knowledge and skills you develop during this workshop is practical and immediately applicable to your busy workday and beyond.

Prior to the workshop, you will be asked to complete an intake form to describe your situation and development needs. This will allow the trainer to tailor the programme to the participants’ needs.
