Installing and applying for software
Your workplace is equipped with a standard basic software package. In addition, you can also install programmes yourself from the additional software package. If you need software that is not available via the additional or basic software package, you can apply for the software you need.
Additional software Windows
Every workplace is equipped with a basic software package. In addition, you can install a number of additional software packages yourself, such as alternative fonts. Via the Start Menu (Startmenu), go to Configuration Screens (Configuratiescherm), then to Programmes (Programma's). Under Run Advertised Programs you can see what software is available. Additional MacOS software
Every Mac is also equipped with a basic software package. On your Mac, go to the Managed Software Center to see which additional software you can install yourself. You can find Managed Software Center under Applications. You can also follow the instructions in the manual >>
If you need software programmes that ISSC has no licence for, you have to apply for them. Your application will be assessed by your ICT contact person. For access to University ICT services such as SAP, Blackboard and uSis, please apply via the functional management unit of the relevant application.
