Starting in January 2026, Leiden University will transition to a new, future-proof software system: BAS InSite. Using the checklist, you can go through all the necessary steps to ensure you're fully prepared for a smooth transition to the new administration system.
Go through the checklist
The checklist provides an overview of the administrative tasks you can easily go through. If the applications relevant to you are registered and approved in the system by November 30 at the latest, you’ll be ready to use the new administration system BAS InSite, starting in January 2026. This includes actions such as downloading payslips, submitting expense claims, and requesting leave.
