The Leadership with Impact course gives staff in formal or informal leadership roles the chance to increase the impact of their leadership. To do so, you need a good understanding of your beliefs and reflexes, as well as the organisational landscape and team dynamics. Registration is open until 17 September.
What will you learn?
This intensive and inspiring course will help you:
- understand your beliefs, behavioural patterns and leadership style;
- develop coaching skills and effective communication techniques;
- learn how to motivate, connect and guide teams;
- understand organisational and team dynamics;
- and most importantly, lead with greater impact and confidence in an ever-changing context.
Course structure
The course consists of four practice-based modules and features blended learning, peer review and actor-led role plays. This makes the programme not only educational but also immediately applicable to your everyday work. The course dates are: 13 November 2025, 2 February 2026, 3 February 2026, 17 March 2026, 19 May 2026 and 7 July 2026.
Who is it for?
Staff in formal or informal leadership roles (both academic and support staff). The course is given in English.
