Replacement of the evacuation alarm system in the Agora building
From week 14 to week 17 (March 30 to April 24, 2026), Unica, commissioned by the Real Estate Expertise Center, will carry out work on the evacuation alarm system.
Most of the work will take place “behind the scenes,” but some components above the ceilings on the upper floors will also need to be replaced. For this, they may occasionally (for about an hour) request access to office rooms. Your cooperation is kindly appreciated.
During and at the end of the work, the evacuation alarm system will need to be tested. This will take place either early in the morning or early in the evening, just before closing time.
