AscMe is a platform where the Student Services Centre (SSC) and course coordinators collaborate efficiently in a user-friendly environment. The AscMe FSW pilot started in September 2023. In semester 2 of college year 2023-2024, the platform will be further developed. In pilot 2.0, we will increase the scale by including more faculty and more subjects.

What are the benefits of AscMe?

• the course coordinator receives an overview of the delivery deadlines immediately after the start of the course (extra mail traffic is no longer necessary)
• link with uSis and reuse of information from previous editions of a course (double entry no longer necessary)
