Installing and applying for software
Your workplace is equipped with a standard basic software package. In addition, you can also install programmes yourself from the additional software package. If you need software that is not available via the additional or basic software package, you can apply for the software you need.
Install additional software
Every workplace is equipped with a basic software package. In addition, you can install a number of additional software packages yourself, such as alternative fonts.
Windows 11 workplace |

Via Software Center/Company portalYou can install software in Windows 11 via the Company Portal. The Company Portal can be found by selecting the Windows icon at the bottom of the taskbar. Type Company Portal in the search window to look up the app. For questions regarding the use of the Company Portal, consult the helpdesk portal. |
Mac workplace |
Via Managed Software CenterYou can find Managed Software Center under Applications or via Spotlight. |
Request special software
You may also wish to install software programmes that are not available via the Company Portal or (Managed) Software Center. To install such software, you have to send a request via the helpdesk portal. Your application will be assessed by your ICT contact person.
ApplyCustomisation
If you have other specific wishes for your digital workplace, you can consider requesting a special workplace. Consult your ICT contact person or ISSC-Helpdesk about the conditions.
Corporate applications
You get access to SAP Self Service and Brightspace when you enter employment. You can request access to the other application via the contact persons. If you have problems logging in, please contact the ISSC-Helpdesk.
