Atelier information session

We are pleased to invite all staff to an Information session on the Atelier teacing format on Tuesday 28 October. From  10.00–12.00 and 14.00–16.00 everyone is welcome to come along and learn all about the Atelier teaching format being introduced at our faculty.

Atelier classes are small-scale, interactive sessions with a special focus on skills development and cross-curricular education. As of this academic year, Atelier classes are being introduced in the bachelor's programme in Law.

Find out how Atelier classes work

During the information sessions in room B0.16, you can find out how the Atelier classes are taught at our faculty. Similar to an actual Atelier class, small groups will be set up where you can walk around, get information and have conversations. You can learn about:

  • the goals and general framework of the Atelier teaching format;
  • insights, knowledge and experiences of teaching staff who took part in the pilot;
  • the evaluation report of the pilot carried out together with ICLON.

There will, of course, be ample opportunity to pose questions, exchange ideas and get to know Kristof Gombeer, Atelier Coordinator.

Times for the Atelier information sessions:

  • Morning: 10.00 – 12.00
  • Afternoon: 14.00 – 16.00

We hope to welcome you at one of the Atelier information sessions so that we can discuss our plans for motivating and innovative education at our faculty. There is no need to register, just come along.
