Check your timetable and room availability in MyTimetable
From the second semester, on 6 February 2023, please use MyTimetable to check your timetable and room availability. ZRS (Room Reservation System) will no longer be available from that date. More information on room availability in MyTimetable can be found here.
TermTime and MyTimetable
Timetabling staff have been working with the new TermTime application since July last year. All teaching and exams for the second semester have been timetabled in this new application. The timetables can be accessed via MyTimetable.
Book a room
If you would like to book a room for teaching, a small or large meeting or a gathering, you can check room availability in MyTimetable. To actually book the room, you will still need to contact the Service Desk of the building in question.
Book a workspace
You can continue to use SharedDesk to book a workspace.
