No more desk phones in teaching and meeting rooms from 15 December
Due to the transition to calling via Teams, the desk phones in all faculty buildings will be phased out. From 15 December, the desk phones will also be removed from the teaching and meeting rooms.
Up until now, these telephones could be used to contact the AV service directly in case of faults or questions regarding the audiovisual facilities in the room (such as the screen, projector, sound system or microphones). From 15 December, you will use your own mobile phone to contact the AV service in case of AV issues.
To ensure colleagues do not need to search for the number, a sticker will be placed on the screens in the room or near the control panel with the AV helpdesk number. For support within the Humanities buildings, the AV helpdesk number is 071‑5276529.
