Visitors without LU-Card? Register them using the online form!
Visitors coming to the KOG who don’t have a LU-Card, need to be registered in advance by filling in this form. Give the date and time the visitor is expected, their name, and who to contact if they report to the reception.
Lately, this procedure has sometimes been overlooked which unfortunately means that the person in question can't enter the building unsupervised. This measure ensures that only authorised individuals have access to our premises, helping us maintain a pleasant study and work environment for all.
