Training course

The training session ‘Inclusive Classroom: Difficult Conversations and Situations’ is designed to prepare teachers to tackle classroom discussions and situations that have the potential to be difficult or uncomfortable. It provides tools and recommendations for anticipated conversations on potentially sensitive topics, as well as for unforeseen hot moments in class.

The session discusses recognizing diversity in our classrooms, the relevance and importance of inclusivity in our teaching, and covers the concept of safe spaces. Both students and teachers should feel secure to confront subjects or issues that may make them uncomfortable, and this training aims to promote awareness and provide tools for creating and maintaining such spaces.

This course is specifically aimed at FGGA lecturers.
