We want to be a knowledge community where both students and staff feel welcome, and where different perspectives have space to be heard. But how do you actually make that happen? And what should be discussed to get there? To find answers together, HR, the POPcorner and education policy started a collaboration: The Listening Circle. With this initiative we create moments to openly discuss important topics around Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, and to explore what’s needed to move forward.
Would you as staff like to join a meeting of The Listening Circle to discuss further? Do you have a contribution or question you would like to share from your role or perspective? Join us!
