Anthropologist Marja Spierenburg in KlimaatHelpdesk on relevance of Indigenous knowledge in tackling the climate crisis

Indigenous knowledge, and the knowledge of other local groups, plays a crucial role in tackling climate change. This knowledge provides local insights into climate impacts, alternative human-nature relationships and practical strategies for climate adaptation.
