Support services
Researchers in all SSH labs can count on comprehensive support in their research. Technical support is available on site during office hours. The lab manager will also be present as much as possible.
Ad hoc on-site support
Lab technicians are present on a rotating full-time basis and research technicians and programmers by appointment. They are familiar with all equipment and investigations. They can help with connecting equipment, troubleshooting and provide support for a wide range of ad hoc queries. You can reach them at labsupport@fsw.leidenuniv.nl.
Planable support
Do you need planable support, for example:
- installing a research setup,
- designing a research setup,
- help with data analysis, 0r
- assistance in programming a research task in OpenSesame, E-Prime and VR?
Please make an appointment via the lab manager: labmanager-ssh@leidenuniv.nl. The lab manager will pair you with a technician or programmer who will help you with your question.
Lab manager
If you have questions about your research in the SSH labs or would like to talk to someone about the possibilities of the various labs, you can contact the lab manager. The lab manager of the SSH labs coordinates the day-to-day running of the labs. Researchers can contact her/him with questions about the planning and staffing of the labs, the use of equipment and applicable rules and protocols.
